This product contains:

Cinnamon-

Cinnamon can improve insulin sensitivity and reduce insulin resistance, which may help regulate blood sugar levels. It may help with weight loss because it can help you feel fuller for longer, which can reduce cravings. Cinnamon also has plant compounds called polyphenols, which have antioxidant properties that can help keep the body healthy and remove toxins.

Ginger-

Ginger can help relieve nausea and vomiting by breaking up and expelling intestinal gas. It can reduce chronic inflammation and joint aches and pains. Ginger can help with bloating, constipation, and nausea by stimulating digestive enzymes, increasing gastric emptying, and reducing gut inflammation.

Cardamom-

Chewing cardamom seeds can help freshen your breath, neutralize foul odors, and prevent cavities. It stimulates the secretion of enzymes that aid digestion, alleviating common digestive issues like bloating, gas, and stomach cramps. It can ease inflammation and protect your cells against oxidative stress, an imbalance between free radicals and antioxidants that can lead to several medical issues.

Allspice-

Allspice's anti-inflammatory and calming properties can help with stomach cramps, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and constipation. It can also reduce bloating and flatulence. This herb can increase heart rate, and aromatic compounds can dilate blood vessels. This can help with bruises, muscle pain, and joint pain. It is also great for infections.

Cloves-

Cloves can help with digestion by stimulating the secretion of digestive enzymes. They can also help with acidity, flatulence, nausea, gastric irritability, and dyspepsia. This herb may contain antioxidants that help fight free radicals and boost the immune system. They also have antimicrobial, antiviral, and antiseptic properties. It also can help maintain oral health by affecting plaque, gingivitis, and bacteria in the mouth. Eugenol in cloves can also help relieve toothaches.

Black pepper-

Black pepper is rich in phytonutrients that can help break down excess fat and improve metabolism. Piperine in black pepper can help enhance the body's ability to use glucose and decrease blood sugar levels.

Black tea-

Black tea contains flavonoids and antioxidants that minimize damage from free radicals. Black tea contains caffeine, which can help give you more energy. Black tea may have gut health benefits.
