Lemon Verbena leaves-

Lemon verbena may have anti-anxiety and calming effects. These properties could also benefit those with insomnia. May also help with sleep, digestion, and joint pain.

Lavender Buds

Lavender may help reduce stress and anxiety by affecting the body's fight-or-flight response. It can also help improve mood and sleep quality and lower heart rate and adrenaline levels.

Peppermint leave-

Peppermint has a calming effect and is often used to treat anxiety associated with depression. Peppermint's scent can stimulate the olfactory system, which releases chemicals in the brain that can relax you.

Catnip-

Catnip may reduce nervousness, anxiousness, and restlessness. This herb is safe to use on humans and animals as well!

Lemon Balm-

Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), a member of the mint family, is considered a calming herb that can help relieve stress and anxiety. It can help with insomnia when combined with other herbs.
