Product Description:

Reduce the effects of inflammation with Leslie's Inflammation Brew. It is blended with turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, catnip, green tea, and nettle leaf. This spice tea contains antioxidants and polyphenols that help ease muscle aches and nerve pain.

 

Product Ingredients:
Catnip, Green Tea, Nettle leaf, Turmeric, Ginger, Cinnamon

*1oz of Loose Leaf Tea*

HOW TO MAKE A HOT INFUSION
Directions

Scoop 1 to 3 tablespoons of dried herbs into a tea strainer placed in your teapot or mug.
Heat water until it just comes to a boil.
Pour hot water over herbs to submerge and cover to help hold any volatile oils.
Steep for 15 minutes to 1 hour and strain.

Green Tea- 

 Green tea may help reduce inflammation and decrease markers of inflammation, which could lower the risk of cognitive decline. This herb can lower LDL cholesterol levels, triglycerides, and blood pressure, and reduce the risk of heart disease and death from stroke. Support weight loss by improving metabolism and insulin function. It also helps improve brain function. 

Catnip-

 Catnip has anti-inflammatory properties that can help with pain and inflammation.  It may help relieve pain, including menstrual cramps, headaches, and gastrointestinal paindiscomfortjoint. 

Nettle leaf-

 Stinging nettle leaves have been used for centuries to treat painful muscles and joints, and some evidence suggests that they can help reduce pain. Nettle leaves contain vitamins A, C, K, B1, B2, B3, and E and minerals like calcium, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, and zinc.

Turmeric

 Turmeric contains curcumin, which can help with inflammation caused by arthritis, diabetes, and other conditions that cause joint pain. Chronic inflammation can contribute to many diseases, including heart problems. Turmeric's antioxidants can help boost immunity by preventing infections and common ailments.

Ginger-

Ginger's anti-inflammatory properties can help reduce chronic inflammation and improve joint aches and pain relief, which may help reduce menstrual cramps and other symptoms like bloating and fatigue. Ginger can help reduce body fat when combined with a calorie-deficit diet. 

Cinnamon-

It's high in antioxidants, which may help protect against disease, inflammation, and aging. Cinnamon contains manganese, which is essential for brain health. Two teaspoons of cinnamon provide half the R.D.A. of manganese.
