HOW TO MAKE A HOT INFUSION
Directions

Scoop 1 to 3 tablespoons of dried herbs into a tea strainer placed in your teapot or mug.
Heat water until it just comes to a boil.
Pour hot water over herbs to submerge and cover to help hold in any volatile oils.
Steep for 15 minutes to 1 hour and strain.
